Our Owners – Chris and Sabrina Lancaster

Chris Lancaster saw firsthand that something was wrong with the HVAC and plumbing industries. After spending 15 years at various companies, it became clear to Chris that ethics and customer service were in short supply. He was dissatisfied with the status quo and with a push from his wife Sabrina, they established Valley Air Heating, Cooling & Plumbing as a way to change that.

While Chris takes care of the day to day operation of the business, Sabrina runs the office. Together they have created a successful business with a family atmosphere for not only their customers, but their employees as well. Chris and Sabrina understand the Shenandoah Valley and are passionate about making it a better place. Chris and Sabrina live locally with their three daughters Alyson, Londyn, and Olyvia. They love traveling, entertaining, and spending time with their family.
